RETURN AND REFUND POLICY


1. This Return and Refund Policy is ONLY applicable to products purchased from our online store at https://vlive.global/en/product.


2. You may request for return and refund of Product in the event the Product delivered is: -


(a) in its original state and packaging with the original tags attached

(b) unopened, unmarked with safety seal is untorn;

(c) unused, unworn, undamaged and unwashed; and

(d) returned as a whole and not broken into parts.


3. You shall examine the Product received by you within 3 days upon collection/delivery and report for any deficiencies and/or damages (“Claim Period”). Any claim (if any) must be lodged to our customer service hotline at email to cs.vlive.global@gmail.com by enclosing photos of the delivered Product together with a copy of the delivery order/invoice issued by us, within the Claim Period otherwise the collected/delivered Product shall be deemed to have been received by you in good condition.


4. We will confirm your request through email. Upon receiving the confirmation from us, you shall return the Product to us within 3 days. Upon receiving the returned Product, we will carry out inspection. In the event the return Product is in satisfactory condition, the amount will automatically be refunded according to the payment method used by you during your purchase. Without prejudice to the foregoing, we reserve the right to decline your request, in the event: -

(a) the Product is not returned in satisfactory condition;

(b) the Product has been opened, used or otherwise tampered with, to the extent that it is no longer in saleable condition; or

(c) the Product does not fulfil the terms and conditions in paragraph 2 herein.


5. We reserve the right to amend, modify, vary and supersede this Return, Replacement and Refund Policy from time to time.
